Special Elections on February 12

Special Elections

Blue Earth County is gearing up for a special election to fill a vacant seat in the Minnesota House of Representatives. If necessary, a primary for the 23B seat will take place January 29, with the special election taking place February 12. Due to the shortened timespan, voters will need to move quickly to ensure their vote is counted.

Minnesota’s 23B district covers parts of Blue Earth, Le Sueur, Waseca, and Watonwan counties.

Due to upcoming renovation and additions at the Government Center, the Blue Earth County Elections Office has moved effective for all 2018 elections. The Elections Office is now located at the Historic Courthouse at 204 S Fifth Street in Mankato.
